Feather and down processing workshop, mainly specializes in processing of feather and down filling materials with capacity more than 5,000 tons annually, which owns 3 washing lines, 12 sets of sorting machines with different chambers, 2 sets of mixing machines. The business covers the purchasing of raw material, processing and exporting fully washed feather and down. Bedding workshop, mainly specializes in the production of feather and down filled beddings, fiber filled beddings, and other home textile.It's equipped with automatic and semi-automatic facilities, such as automatic cutting machines, 100 sets computerized sewing machines, 2 sets of multi-needle quilting machines, 125 sets of single needle quilting machines, 1 line of thermo-bonded fiber production and 2 automatic pillow filling lines, and with annual capacity more than 2 million pieces of quilts and pillows. Memory foam workshop, mainly specializes in memory foam pillows and toppers with own foaming line, 2 lines of moulded memory foam pillows, horizontal and vertical cutting machines, CNC contour cutting machines, and one line of shredded more foam pillows, with the year capacity half million pieces of pillows and toppers and 400 tons of foam blocks.
