Our company was established in Nov. 1990, which mainly specializes in high-quality feather & down, finished down products, pillows, comforters, memory foam mattresses and other bedding products. Located in China Down Industrial Park in Xiaoshan Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, the company is in a favorable location and easy access to transportation facilities only 15 minutes by car away from HangzhouXiaoshan International Airport. Its factory occupies an area as large as 28, 000 square metres including 50, 000square metres of building area. It is equipped with four advanced automatic washing lines and matching sewage treatment equipment with capability of 8000 tons per day, eighteen sorting machines in single, four and six boxes, eight mixed(stacking)machines, one set automatic fabric cutting machine, 450 sets sewing machines, 4 sets multi-needle/ 85 sets single-needle quilting machines, 6 sets carding machine, 2 sets ball fiber Machine and precise quality control and check facilities, with over 280 employees
The company, by means of Enterprise Resources Planning to manage the process of production and operation, are capable of producing over 3, 500 tons of water-washed down&feather, and more than one million finished down products of quilts, pillows and sleeping bags, which are very marketable in the U. S., Japan, Europe, Middle East, North America, Korea, East Asia, Hongkong, Taiwan and Mainland of China and other countries.
